You say this but honestly this chip is a total joke for almost all gaming use cases. 7800X3D / 9800X3D are way better value for most gamers if money is an object.
270k plus is just fine for gaming on the intel side and pretty high up on the cost per fps chart. I'm no intel fanboy, i've been AMD for multiple generations now (5800x, 5800x3d, 9800x3d | 6800XT, 9070xt)

Sure, Ryzen 6th gen is also right around the corner. 5th gen started in 2024 which is why these minor refreshes are so underwhelming imo
