What was your most profound psychedelic experience?
That's fair, I was always comfortable with acid because it's out of your urine in a day or so

I've done a lot of psychedelics in my life. Mainly LSD (including stupid doses), but also plenty of DMT, shrooms a few times and various research chemicals... It seemed like a big deal at the time, but in retrospect there wasn't really anything profound about it.
Psychedelics are great fun and I don't doubt they have great potential as medicine, but in my opinion most of the expectations people have when they take them expecting some kind of life changing spiritual experience is just hippie nonsense.
