Cyberpunk 2077 is getting another free update on October 22. CD Projekt RED has confirmed that Update 2.5, also known as the Edgerunners 2 Update, is coming to PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
The update will add more cyberware customization options and a new playstyle that lets players use two weapons at once. CD Projekt RED has also teased other additions, but hasn't revealed everything just yet.

We'll get a closer look at the update one day before launch. CD Projekt RED will show off some of the new features during a REDstreams broadcast on October 21 at 5 PM CEST. The official patch notes are expected to be published the same day.
The update also brings new content connected to Cyberpunk: Edgerunners 2, the upcoming anime sequel. More details about what's included should become clear during the presentation.
Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.5 will be free for players on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. A Nintendo Switch 2 version is also planned, but players on Nintendo's console will have to wait a little longer.
